American Plan Review and Inspections is led and managed by the partnership of Ivan Sucic and Louis Ross Garner. Ivan Sucic serves as the senior technical partner on all code inspection or review matters, while Ross Garner serves as the president and day to day manager of the company.

Ivan Sucic is a 30 year veteran of the code compliance industry with an Engineering degree from the University of Sarajevo and more than twenty certifications from the International Code Council, including the highest designation offered, Master Code Professional. Ivan currently oversees all code inspection and plan review operations for APRI and functions as the Professional-in-Charge of all code related matters.

Louis Garner serves the president and manager of APRI, leading all operations of the company and staff. An experienced manager, Louis has managed code inspection and review services on millions of square feet of projects and has worked with and for the largest development and contracting companies in the District of Columbia.
